Whipped up a quick batch of my CHOCOLATE GRANOLA this morning inspired by @taylorjeveryday! Made a few minor adjustments to my original recipe- added cashews, pumpkin seeds, & pecans with the sliced almonds and sprinkled with some ground flaxseed. Absolutely delicious like crack!

- topped ours with crispy chicken thighs, chili crisp, sesame seeds, quick fried garlic in olive oil until crispy, green onions, and a quick marinated egg (should of done 6 minutes instead of 7 for softer boil!!) -

10 out of 10 recommend so yum, want to eat right now again! @bruzzellbrewing

@don_express_llc was absolutely amazing, the food so fresh and flavorful filled with so much deliciousness, can’t wait to go back again!

it’s tiramisu cake for your Sunday IB: @cloudykitchen

real espresso / boxed French vanilla cake / mascarpone whipped cream frosting with espresso & vanilla bean paste

RECIPE:
C A K E -
- 15.25 oz boxed vanilla or French vanilla cake
- cake box ingredients: 3 eggs, avocado oil and water
- 25 g strong espresso or strong black coffee
- cocoa powder for garnish
F R O S T I N G -
- 4 oz mascarpone, cold
- 3 g strong espresso or strong black coffee
- 110 g powdered sugar, sifted
- 1/2 teaspoon bourbon vanilla bean paste
- pinch of salt
- 240 g heavy whipping cream, cold

1. Prep cake according to instructions and bake in a 9x13” quarter sheet pan lined with cooking spray and parchment paper
2. Let cool 15 minutes in the pan, then remove and place on platter or container
3. Brush with 25 g espresso all over the top
4. Cool completely
5. In a stand mixer combine mascarpone and 3 g espresso until combined with a whisk attachment
6. Add in sifted powdered sugar, salt, and vanilla paste
7. Whip until combined, scrape down with a spatula
8. Slowly pour in a thin stream of whipping cream while mixer is running on medium speed until completely whipped and all combined together
9. Cover cake with frosting and sprinkle with cocoa powder

Baked my NO KNEAD ARTISAN LOAF this morning (made the dough last night and let it rise overnight) and I think it’s my best one yet! So fluffy and absolutely delicious. There is nothing like fresh baked bread with butter and flaky sea salt.

Only 5 ingredients, no kneading or rolling, and with a soft inside & crunchy outside 👌🏻
