PLACE PLASTIC WRAPPED CHEESE BALL IN A SMALL BOWL TO HELP FORM IT’S ROUND SHAPE. REFRIGERATE FOR 2 HOURS. REMOVE FROM FRIDGE AND REMOVE PLASTIC WRAP CAREFULLY. IT SHOULD HOLD IT'S ROUND SHAPE.
PLACE THE REST OF THE BACON BITS IN A SHALLOW BOWL. PLACE REFRIGERATED CHEESEBALL ON BACON BITS AND ROLL GENTLY, PRESS BACON BITS INTO SIDES AND TOP TO COVER COMPLETELY.
WRAP BACON CHEESE BALL IN PLASTIC USING THE SAME METHOD OF TWO PIECES OF WRAP ON A FLAT SURFACE. PLACE BACK IN ORIGINAL BOWL TO HELP FORM THE ROUND SHAPE. REFRIGERATE UNTIL FIRM AND SET, ABOUT 4 HOURS OR OVERNIGHT.
