Cut, open, and remove avocado halves. Combine them gently in a medium sized bowl. Smoosh then with a fork into the bowl until combined.
Place all chopped ingredients on top of the avocados. Squeeze lemon juice on top and sprinkle with salt to taste.
Mix everything together until combined.

How to choose a ripe avocado: find soft but not squishy dark avocados, remove the top brown piece and check if it is bright green, if it is it's perfectly ripe! Bright green: ripe Yellow green: not ripe enough Brown: over ripeAdapted from Blair Heilman
