Fill an empty ice cube tray with the greek yogurt. Freeze ice cubes until hard.
One the yogurt is frozen, pop out all 24 ice cubes and take out the frozen fruit.
Start creating smoothie baggies with ziploc bags.
Measure 1 cup of fruit (any variation) and place 2 cubes with the fruit in each bag.
Freeze until ready to make a smoothie!
On smoothie days, remove ziploc of fruit and yogurt cubes.
Combine frozen fruit, 2 yogurt cubes, 1/2 cup juice or water, and if you want 1/4 cup fresh fruit. Blend until smooth!
Notes
You can use any type of fruit or greek yogurt flavor. If you prefer your smoothie slightly sweeter add in a squeeze of agave nectar or honey.Adapted from The Chic Table
