Instructions
OMBINE CREAM CHEESE, WHITE AMERICAN CHEESE, BUTTER, CHILES, AND JALAPENO'S IN A SLOW COOKER ON HIGH FOR 30 MINUTES.
STIR WELL THEN ADD MILK AND WATER 1 TABLESPOON AT A TIME UNTIL THE MIXTURE IS SMOOTH.
CONTINUE COOKING FOR ANOTHER 15-20 MINUTES UNTIL ALL THE CHEESE IS MELTED.
WHILE COOKING FOR THE SECOND AMOUNT OF TIME, COOK AND CRUMBLE SAUSAGE OVER MEDIUM HEAT. ONCE BROWNED ADD IN CUMIN.
TRANSFER MELTED QUESO TO A SMALL BOWL AND TOP WITH CRUMBLED SAUSAGE AND CHOPPED CILANTRO!
SERVE WITH CHIPS, ON TACOS OR QUESADILLAS.
