BEST 4TH OF JULY TREATS

Here’s a little break down by food type of my absolute favorite choices!
I think this menu would suit you quite well for the weekend.

We have to start with a cocktail, of course.

I’ll repeat the word favorite quite a few times in this post but oh my gosh a cold bubbly
Moscow Mule. Is there a better sipping cocktail to make in the Summer?

I don’t think there is, not to mention how yum the fresh lime juice is in these.

With all the sweet fresh farm grown peaches this time of year I had to select one of my all time favorite salsas.
Serve with chips for a refreshing but flavorful chips and dip.

MAIN

Ribs are my all time go to for celebrating outside. They’re so juicy, tender, and flavorful and one of my
favorite meals. This recipe is incredible, the BBQ sauce is made from scratch and it’s super easy in the crock pot!

This Blue Cheese Coleslaw is my absolute favorite Coleslaw in the world. So easy to put together with BOTH red and
green cabbage; it ranks high as a side for BBQ’s, grilling out, and general outside time (did someone say LKN this weekend?!)

DESSERT

Dessert is the most important part of every meal (in my opinion). So listen up this one is important.

Because I really love dessert that much, I couldn’t choose just one. For your
convenience I am choosing one cupcake (duh!) and one pie, because why not.

Ferrero Rocher Cupcakes are my most favorite cupcake ever. There are TWO chocolates
in each cupcake and homemade chocolate creamy frosting. Mhmmmmm.

I am not too nuts about all pies, but this one I LOVE! Crunchy oat granola
bars and chocolate chips sprinkled into this pie give it an amazing texture.
