FRESH PEACH CRUMBLE
well my friends…. this is crumble:
its buttery, sometimes crunchy, delicious, and addicting.
i have to admit that sometimes i just make the crumble and forget about the fruit!
it is originally my moms apple crumble recipe.
but after i ventured to the farmers market this past wekeend and bought some delicious & fab peaches, i substituted apples for peaches
(the fruit part could possibly be anything)
it was honestly so delicious and i hate soft fruit, yuck. i normally dont eat my moms apple crumble because i hate the apple part…
here are the easy ingredients:
(half recipe)
2 peaches, cut into pieces
half a cup flour
half a stick of butter
1/4 & 1/8 cup brown sugar in the raw
dark brown sugar for sprinkling
cut the peaches and place in dish after spraying with cooking spray
sprinkle dark brown sugar over the peaches
take softened butter, not melted, and mix in flour and sugar with hands
this creates the curmbled texture
layer over peaches
bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
depending on the amount of softness in the fruit that you want bake a little longer
i only did 20 minutes leaving the peaches still slightly firm and not mushy
i am salivating thinking of this.
top with cream, ice cream, or frozen yogurt!
