FRESH PEACH CRUMBLE
Well my friends… this is MY “crumble”- FRESH PEACH CRUMBLE!

It’s buttery, sometimes crunchy, delicious, and absolutely addicting.

I have to admit that sometimes I just make the crumble and forget about the fruit! AU thinks I’m weird and crazy for that but yolo.

This crumble topping is originally from my Mom’s Apple Crumble recipe.
But after I ventured to the farmers market this past weekend and bought some delicious & fab peaches, I substituted apples for peaches.
The fruit part of this recipe could possibly be anything and everything at the same time. Just substitute the fruit amout one for one.

Crumble is literally softened butter, flour, crunchy sugar in the raw, and a pinch of salt! Super simple and super delish. Using your hands and fingers, you form the crumble until it’s literally crumbly.
Think of a crumbly dough or a biscuit dough that starts crumbly and then forms into a solid dough. This is just like that but you stop at the crumbly stage before it forms together!

The best part of this Fresh Peach Crumble is just how easy it is.

It’s literally a 5 minute recipe before baking it all together.
Sprinkle the fruit with brown sugar then sprinkle it all with the crumble topping and bake it until bubbling and golden!

Notes

I am salivating just thinking of this right now.
Pour with heavy whipping cream, scoop some ice cream on top, or serve it with frozen yogurt or gelato!

- WHAT CAN I USE INSTEAD OF PEACHES?
SLICED APPLES, BLUEBERRIES, NECTARINES, STRAWBERRIES, CHERRIES.
2. CAN I USE SALTED BUTTER INSTEAD OF UNSALTED BUTTER?
YES, IF USING SALTED BUTTER, OMIT THE PINCH OF SALT.

Enjoy with the last of the Summer peaches!!
